We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the terms below to ensure a smooth return experience.

📅 Return Period

  • Returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.

💳 Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • No handling fee is charged, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as delivery was completed by the courier.

  • If the product is defective, we will issue a full refund.

You must return the product in original, sellable condition. Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Components are missing (baby carrier, outer sash, head support, eco pouch)

  • Items are worn, washed, or altered

  • Products are stained, damaged, or visibly used

  • Dust or contaminants are found on the item

  • Care label is removed

  • Items are returned in an unsellable condition

❗ Returns that do not meet our guidelines are subject to rejection or a $10 restocking fee at the discretion of Konny by Erin, Inc.

🎁 Promotional Order Refunds

If your order included a promotional gift (e.g. “Spend $110 and receive a $39 gift”), the gift must be returned along with qualifying items to receive a full refund.

For partial returns:
Example – If you return $110 worth of items but keep the free $39 gift, your refund will be adjusted to $71.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order separately

  2. Pack the item securely in a box

  3. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method

    • Keep your tracking details – we cannot guarantee return items we do not ship ourselves

🕒 Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once complete.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be processed after your return passes inspection once arriving at our logistics center. Please allow up to five business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Refunds generally appear as credit amounts on the statement.
