📌 For U.S Returns, 20% of the order total (equivalent to tariffs absorbed by Konny and paid directly to U.S. Customs) will be excluded from refunds. This amount is non-refundable, as it has already been remitted to the customs office on your behalf.
📅 Return Period

Returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.
💳 Refund & Exchange Conditions

No handling fee is charged, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as delivery was completed by the courier.

Items must be returned in their original condition for inspection. Refunds will not be issued if:

Components are missing (baby carrier, outer sash, head support, eco pouch etc)

Items are worn, washed, or altered

Products are stained, damaged, or visibly used

Dust or contaminants are found on the item

Care label is removed

Items are returned in an unsellable condition

Product prices, events, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the company. Such changes do not constitute grounds for exchange or complimentary refunds.
🎁 Promotional Order Refunds
- If your order included a promotional gift (e.g. “Spend $100 and receive a $30 gift”), the gift must be returned along with qualifying items to receive a full refund. For example – If you return $100 worth of items but keep a $30 free gift, your refund will be $70.
🔄 Exchanges
- To help ensure faster processing, exchanges are handled as returns. Please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred item.
