Orders will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that if your order is placed on a Friday or before a national holiday, shipping may take a few additional days. Konny operates based on KST (Korea Standard Time), UTC+9.
Kindly be aware that neither the courier nor Konny can take responsibility for missing or stolen packages once they are delivered according to your delivery preferences (e.g., unsigned or unattended). However, if the courier left the package unattended without your prior approval, please contact us with your order number.
