To make changes to your order details (options, sizes, or adding/removing items), please cancel your current order and place a new one.

Please understand that coupons cannot be reused after cancellation, and some items may sell out while you reorder.

If your order is already in the shipping preparation stage, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order.

During our Big Sale event, inquiry volume increases significantly, so cancellations can only be guaranteed if requested within 1 hour.

After that, your order may already be in the preparation stage and cancellation may not be possible.

Please also note that if you cancel and place a new order, you may not be able to reuse your coupon, and the item may sell out.

Shipping times vary depending on the region and carrier. Please carefully review the estimated delivery times provided at checkout for each shipping option.

For orders to the United States:
Economy shipping typically takes 14-21 business days.

Express shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

Please note that during the Big Sale event, a surge in order volume may cause delays compared to normal delivery times. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer free shipping for orders of $100+ non.US / $125+ for U.S. However, free shipping benefits apply only to countries listed below. For countries not included in the list, shipping fees will be imposed. The countries are listed alphabetically.
