🛑 Delivery Responsibility

  • Once marked “delivered,” packages are considered complete based on your chosen delivery preferences (e.g., no-signature drop-off).

  • Konny and the courier are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • If your package was left without your consent, please contact us with your order number.
