Orders are usually shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or Korean national holidays (KST, UTC+9) may ship the following business day.

Once marked "delivered," packages are considered complete based on your chosen delivery preferences (e.g., no-signature drop-off).
Konny and the courier are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package was left without your consent, please contact us with your order number.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO).
