The difference between Elastech™ and AirMesh™ is the fabric. The AirMesh™ is a Cool Air-Mesh Spandex that we exclusively developed. It is lightweight, airy, and versatile. You can stay cool as you hold your little one close. The Elastech™ is a Poly Cotton Spandex, all-season baby carrier fabric that maximizes the comfort of both parents and babies

We say 3.6kg/ 8 pounds to be extra cautious for the minimum weight for using our carrier, but as long as you correctly wear the carrier, you may use the Konny Baby Carrier two weeks right after the delivery. But to ensure safety, please seek advice from a health professional before using a low birth weight baby with our product.

The Konny Baby Carrier can hold up to 20kg (44 lbs), regardless of the baby's age. It has passed numerous safety tests based on American standards and boasts an unblemished safety track record.

Konny baby carrier is designed to carry one baby at a time. We do not recommend you to carry your twins at once.

Yes! Please ensure to always use an outer sash for the baby's stability and support their back while using the carrier. If you'd like to change your baby's position, make sure to be seated.

Our recommendation is not to use the carrier for more than two continuous hours at a time. You should frequently check how your baby is doing inside the carrier and adjust accordingly. Your baby may feel discomfort if you hold them for a long time in the same position. If so, try taking them out from the carrier for a moment. When using the carrier in an outward-facing position for babies who can hold their heads up, we recommended usage times of less than 30 minutes to protect the baby’s hip joints.

Please submit a modification/ cancellation form here. The request could be applied only if you submit it before dispatch. We ship out orders at 17:00 PM (KST)

Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Apart from the return arrival date, your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item. There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The shipping rate you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier. For defective products, we will make a full refund.

Refunds will not be made in the following cases:
・Missing components (the baby carrier, outer sash, head support, and eco-pouch)
・Worn, altered, or washed products
・Contaminated products
・Impurities like dusts found on the products
・Products in an unsellable condition
・Removed care label
・NOTE! Returns that do not meet our requirements are accepted at the discretion of Konny By Erin Inc. and subject to a $10 return fee.
