Q.When can my newborn start
wearing a Konny carrier?
As soon as you bring your little one home from the postpartum care center! Babies weighing 4-20 kg. can use this product. All babies are different, but most infants should be held according to the newborn instructions up to 30 days after birth.
Q.Is there a recommended
duration of use?
All children grow at different speeds, so this will differ too. We recommend that you keep a close eye on how your child reacts to the carrier to know when it's time to move on.
- After feeding, please loosen a bit to give your little one some more room.
- We also recommend you don't use the carrier for more than two hours at a time. When your child is able to hold their head up, we recommend keeping use down to 30 minutes or less at a time to protect their hip joints.
- Please keep in mind that prolonged use in one position can cause your baby discomfort.
- If they're in a deep sleep, it's best to move them onto their back.
Q.When can I start the inward-
facing carry position?
All children are different, but for the most part 30-50 days after birth is a good time to try the inward-facing carry. You can try this out when you see your little one stretching their legs in the carrier. Keep in mind that the most important thing for their joints is helping them maintain the M position.
Q.Can both parents use this
carrier?
Yes, the FLEX carrier is adjustable and can be used by Mom or Dad.
Q.The carrier keeps leaning to
one side.
The carrier can lean if the back panel isn't centered, or the shoulder sashes aren't spread out evenly on both sides. Please check both elements before placing your child in the carrier, and make sure they're balanced in the center when covering their bottom and thighs. It may feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice, it will begin to feel like second nature.
Q.Will I need to upgrade to
a larger size as my baby grows?
Our spandex blend stretches and moves with your little one as they grow larger and heavier. This means if you purchase the right size for them, it will continue to last and fit them as they grow.
Q.How is this different from
a side carry design?
It's best and safest to always carry a newborn upright. Infants have short esophaguses, so sitting in a twisted position can come uncomfortable reflux. They can also suffocate on their mother's breast, and the pressure of the carrier can cause hip dislocation.

As a new grandmother, I wanted to be able to help my daughter and give her some restful moments. I tried other carriers, and had almost given up due to difficulty of use and the material. As a third time mom I have tried lots of carries. I absolutely love the flex carriers. They are so easy to use and slip on really quickly. The adjustable straps are fantastic. I can loosen it to breastfeed then tighten it up after he falls asleep. Highly recommend the flex carriers for this reason! I had a medium in the original carrier but I felt it was a little too big. I love that I can adjust this one to keep baby secure.

I have a 7 week old and started using this carrier just a couple weeks ago and WISH I had it Sooner! I had an ergo baby carrier which I found pretty bulky to wear around the house and the long wrap which just took wayyy too long to wrap and never seemed to sit right. With this carrier it’s super light weight to wear around the house and very easy to put on and place baby. My girl falls immediately asleep in it no matter how fussy she was before. So far I’ve recommended to all moms I know and expecting moms. Really cannot recommend enough!!

Tried using a traditional wrap carrier but was annoying to have to wrap it all up every time especially since they are so long they touch the floor. Not something you want when you are out of the house and need to re-wrap. Especially when you are in a public bathroom. Yuck! I searched for a pre-wrapped option and found Konny baby. It’s so easy to use and so cute. I love it. And with the flex version my husband can use it too. No other way to go.

Our Konny Baby Carrier( FLEX Elastech )has been an absolute lifesaver for us! As a new & 1st time mom with carpal tunnel in both wrists, I needed a carrier that would alleviate the strain on them. Not only did it provide relief for my carpal tunnel, but it also worked wonders for our newborn with colic and acid reflux by helping me keep her upright and close to mama for comfort.
The Konny Carrier offered both comfort and security. Its elastic and flexible material provided a snug fit, and the support band gave me that extra security. Standout features are its compact portable nature and accommodating size range! We can easily bring it along wherever we go and doesn’t take up a lot of space in our diaper bag. I absolutely love this baby carrier! It's very easy to put it on and put baby in the wrap. I use it everywhere while eating at restaurants, shopping, to the pool with my older kids, and I use it at home to get daily cooking and chores done. I highly recommend the wrap to all mommas. I want to start off by saying I am a new mom, and new to the carrier life of course. I tried the ones with all the fabric that you need to wrap around you and tie, that took too long when I had a fussy babe that just wanted to be held. I tried the ring sling, and that wasn’t really working for me either as I had a fear of my new babe falling out having nothing between her legs to hold her in. I found this brand and tried it, and I IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE! This is the easiest and best carrier I have found. I love that you can just throw it on and out baby in. I love that it’s already set to the size you need it to be. I love the colors and the fact that konny doesn’t have their logo plastered to the front. It’s beautiful, super easy to use, and I can’t get enough of it. Konny Flex is the best!

Babies don’t have patience at all, and this Konny baby carrier saves my eardrums. The fabric is soft, and I love the new colour. My 3-months-old is calmer when she is in it, and falls asleep quickly.
The flex option is great for various sizes, it can be used before and after Mums losing the baby weight (which I’m still working on it), and for Dads to carry the baby as well. Summer in the UK is getting hotter, the AirMesh version is considerable to get one too.

A friend loaned us her Konny carrier and we loved it so much we bought our own. The flex option is great as we can adjust for different wearers, and to the changing size of a growing baby. The adjuster straps are easy to use whilst wearing, and feel very soft yet sturdy. They also don’t slip unless you purposely adjust them.
The fixed back panel gives more back support than the long ‘single-strip of fabric’ wraps, and is much faster to apply and remove as needed.
Most importantly our baby loves this wrap and seems to find it very comfortable!

I really like this baby carrier! It is so easy to use compared to other baby wraps. The only thing I would recomend is to buy the mesh version if you live in a hotter place or are going to use it in the summer because it does feel hot when you where it for a long time. But other than that it's perfect and will be great for winter time here.
