Baby led weaning
Success tips from experienced parents

Start baby led weaning when baby gets enough hand strength to hold a spoon.

  • STEP 1.
    Build interest and try together
Show baby how you eat with a spoon often and once baby shows interest gently hold baby hand and practice using the spoon together.
    STEP 2.
    Eat independently
Now it is time for baby to give it a try. Shower baby with big praise with every single bite and feeling super proud baby will do so much better.
