Konny Baby Carrier FLEX SUMMER

I’d been actively looking for the perfect carrier for weeks! I was gifted several carriers for my baby shower, a hip carrier and also a MobyWrap. I struggled in putting on the hip seat alone… I always needed extra hands to get it on correctly. But when I was home alone without any help I wasn’t able to use it so I purchased an infantino. I found that I had the same problem in which I couldn’t put it on alone. After searching online for something that didn’t require too many hands I finally bumped into the Konny. I felt super guilty that I already owned several so I left the Konny in my cart for a week. Lastly gave the MobyWrap a try and figured it would be my best bet at an “easy” carrying solution. Boy was I wrong!! I could never get it tight enough and my baby would slip. I finally decided I needed to stop messing around and press the BUY button on my Konny cart. Let me tell you BEST DECISION EVER!! It arrived extremely quickly! Three days before expected! I love how easy it is to get it on and I don’t need any extra hands! I can solo this carrier without taking 15 mins plus to figure it out. My baby loves it as well. He will be 2 months in a couple of days and we use the Konny pretty much regularly!! I wish I hadn’t hesitated so long! Don’t think about it twice! Get you a Konny!!

We were able to take our two week old baby to a family wedding because of the Konny! After seeing rave reviews I purchased the Konny Summer Flex when our Fred was four days old, hoping it would work for an upcoming wedding. It arrived so quickly and after a few test runs we were super comfortable using it (so easy to use!) and Fred was so comfy in there. He was able to sleep on me for the majority of the ceremony and reception and even had a boogie with me on the dance floor; all in the Konny. So happy with this carrier!!

Like many of the other bad reviews here, I found the fabric on this carrier was too slippery. I’ve used many wraps and carriers in the past with my first baby, and I am very well versed on how they work and need to be set up on the body. But when I wrote to their customer service that the carrier is to slippery and caused my baby to keep slipping and ball up at the bottom of the carrier with her breathing passageway blocked in a dangerous way, they kept saying I was wearing it wrong. I also kept telling them the separate sash you tie over the carrier kept falling off too bc of the slippery fabric, which has nothing to do with how you wear the carrier since it’s a separate sash, they kept avoiding the constructive critique, and going back to how I’m probably wearing the carrier wrong. I went back and forth with them 5-6x with photos of me wearing the carrier correctly and then eventually of the fabric slipping and baby balling up dangerously at the bottom, and they still wouldn’t admit that their flex summer fabric is too slippery and is a faulty product by causing the baby to slip into a dangerous position. I eventually asked them if they could exchange my carrier with their original fabric carrier, and they said I would have to buy it, and they wouldn’t exchange it. Most customers at this point would demand a full refund, especially since it’s a faulty product, I was just wanting an exchange to give this company another shot, I wasn’t even asking for my money back, and they denied that, saying it was because I had already washed the product. I don’t know any mom who wouldn’t wash a product before using it on their baby, so that reason is not even valid, especially for a baby product company, and most importantly bc their product could be a danger to babies due to this fabric and they’re not even taking this critique seriously. What a waste of $80, the most expensive useless carrier on the market. As you can see in the photo, baby is curled up at the bottom of carrier bc she as well as the separate sash slipped down there after wearing her for about 5 minutes. The rest of the carrier settings were done and worn to the settings the customer service representative told me to set them at, and still this happened.

I love my Konny! I'm a first time mom and finding the right carrier was a daunting task. The carriers I had to tie myself made me nervous but Konny is just like a t-shirt, just go over your head and tighten the straps. I was very impressed with the material and the packaging. The how-to booklet is extremely helpful

I am so glad I bought the summer flex.
I loved that it's breathable, so easy for me to take my baby on a walk without sweating. I also loved that the carrier is adjustable and it came with an extra support strap.

After I mistakenly threw out my first one that I didnt get to use I reordered another and so far its great :)
