The Konny Baby Carrier is a product too tightly hold your baby. The fabric of carrier naturally stretches with use and as your baby becomes heavier, so it is important that you initially select the right size.
Please select the size of your Konny Baby Carrier based on your pre-pregnancy clothing size, rather than your baby's age or weight. However, if the mother's weight difference remains over 10kg (22 pounds) post puerperium, please choose a larger size. Dads should choose their normal T-shirt size.

Choose the proper size of a baby carrier
Once you have received your Konny Baby Carrier, try putting it on properly. If you have space for two to three fists in between your chest and the carrier, you're good to go. Now, try holding your baby. Baby's bottom should be positioned higher than your hips but lower than your belly button.
A snug fit efficiently distributes the baby's weight, ensures safety through firm support, and reduces stress on the wearer's back.
✅ See where the baby sits!
ㆍIf the baby sits near the wearer's belly button, it is the right size. ㆍIf the distance between the baby’s bottom and the wearer’s belly button is more than 5cm (2 inches), please size up. ㆍIf the baby sits as low as, or lower than the wearer’s hip line, please size down.
✅ Tips
ㆍThe baby’s weight naturally stretches the fabric as you use the carrier. ㆍOne size up means about 4.5cm (2 inches) longer sashes, which would lead a baby to sit about that much lower. ㆍA snug fit is crucial for securely carrying a baby and firmly supporting the wearer’s back.
When carrying your baby after the newborn stage, be sure to spread both shoulder sashes down the bottom of the baby, all the way until the edges reach the baby's knees. If this creates the optimal "M" shape, you have found the correct size.
If the initial fit feels a bit snug, then you have selected the correct size. Size down if the baby's bottom is positioned lower than your hips. For safety, do not wear a carrier that is too big for you.

Size FAQ
Parents will not be able to share the carrier, unless their sizes are the same. If you purchase the product in accordance with one parent’s size, the other parent may experience discomfort. If you purchase about the middle size for both parents, both may experience discomfort. More importantly, choosing a bigger size carrier is NOT recommended since it is directly related to the baby’s stability. First, purchase one in accordance with the size of one parent. If the baby enjoys its time in the Konny Baby Carrier, then consider making an additional purchase in the other parent's size.
Please note that the baby carrier should fit quite tightly to efficiently distribute the baby's weight and ensure safety. We don't recommend a loose fit since it can be dangerous and detrimental to your back. If you're still unsure of your correct size, please contact usvia chat button below.

As the baby’s weight increases, the fabric containing spandex stretches accordingly. Therefore, you should purchase a snug size from the beginning and will be able to use the same size as the baby grows up.

We recommend purchasing the Konny Baby Carrier either right before or after the delivery. Purchasing your carrier too soon may cause unnecessary exchange procedures as measurement can fluctuate during the pregnancy. If you still would like to purchase the carrier and get it ready before the delivery, below are helpful tips for size selection. Our fabrics can hold up to 20kg (45lbs) and are able to stretch to the wearer’s body shape and baby’s increased weight. Considering our carrier can be used for a longer period of time and many moms get back to their pre-pregnancy weight within 3 months after delivery, our customers tend to choose the size based on their pre-pregnancy measurements. However, if the difference between pre-pregnancy weight and current weight is more than 10kg (22lbs) and you plan to use the carrier right after the delivery, we would recommend choosing a size based on your current pregnancy measurement. If you have difficulties with size selection, please contact us via chat button below.so we can assist.
Our fabric has been specifically produced and tested to meet the unique challenge of having both the appropriate level of elasticity and rigidity to be able to stably support a baby. Fabric will stretch conforming to the wearer's body shape and the baby's weight increase, but there is a limit to the carrier's stretch in order to maintain the stability function of the carrier.
