Shipping Methods
Our primary courier is DHL which offers fast and trustworthy shipping services. It generally takes two to four business days for your order to be delivered.
Standard shipping takes five to ten business days and it is available for the following countries;
Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can check the delivery status by entering the provided tracking number on the delivery couriers' websites.
Import Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Konny by Erin, Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Konny by Erin predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Terms and conditions
All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days. There are no additional fees for a return. However, customers have the financial responsibility for returns coming back to us. The shipping fee you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery service has been completed by the courier. For defective products, we will make a full refund.
Refunds will not be made in the following cases:
・Missing components (the baby carrier, outer sash, and eco-pouch)
・Worn, altered, or washed products
・Contaminated products
・Impurities like dusts found on the products
・Products in an unsellable condition
・NOTE! Returns that do not meet our requirements may be accepted at the discretion of Konny by Erin, Inc. and subject to a $10 return fee.
Promotional order refunds
Promotional gifts must be returned with the qualifying items to be eligible for a full refund.
For example, if you make a purchase under the promotion for “spend $110 and receive a free $39 gift,” you’d receive a refund of $71 when only returning the qualifying items excluding the promotional gift.

Which courier should I use?
Customers have the financial responsibility for returns coming back to us. We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method in case of delay or loss. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed after your return passes inspection once arriving at our logistics center. Please allow up to five business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Refunds generally appear as credit amounts on the statement.
I received my Konny carrier and ordered based on the fit finder which suggested M. I originally selected S. When I received it, it was too big. My newborns head is not supported in it and the back panel keeps riding up. I asked customer services and they also suggested S (I should have gone with my first suggestion). There is not much you can do it you get the wrong size. It would cost me half what it is did to other the carrier to return it. Instead I thought I'd give it another go and order the S. Let's see how we go this time.
I gave this Konny for my sister-in-law and she loves it. Its comfortable, light weight, and breathable.
My son is currently 6 weeks old and we have been using our konny for 2 weeks. He wants to be held constantly and would cry anytime I put him down. I am able to make dinner, do the dishes, the laundry, and anything else I need an extra hand to do with the help of our Konny! Plus, baby loves it and is so comfy! Wearing the Konny also takes so much pressure off of my back.
This is the best wrap I have ever purchased and I have purchased a few. It’s the quickest and easiest to get on, while baby is screaming! It’s very supportive and comfortable. I would totally recommend it.
Doesn’t my picture tells it all? Amazing carrier that carries the baby with ample back support. Material is airy and it snugs the baby close to our chest without feeling too tight. It dries very fast also!
I have an M and I sized down to an S 8m post partum. It fits really well. Would like to try the original konny next time.

With a newborn going through his first leap - this was absolutely life saving. It was the only thing that would get him too doze off! I was still able too get little things done around house! I also find this carrier distributes his weight a lot more evenly so a god send for your back! Highly recommended

Came across so many good reviews about the brand and the product itself! Giving myself a try when my baby pops in the next two months,can’t wait! I believe it will help me a lot when I’m maneuvering without any helper at home, atleast I can use both my hands with baby near to me in the carrier :)
I have a Tula baby carrier that I love but it was a pain to put on and carrier my daughter around the house in and it was heavy duty. I wanted something more lightweight and easier to put on when around the house, that's when I found Konny. I'm so glad I did, it's one of the best purchases I've made so far! I used the size guide on the website, it recommended a large and that's what I purchased. The size was a perfect fit! I had a little trouble the first time getting my daughter in the sling but after a couple of times, I can get her in and out with no problem. She loves walking around in the house in the sling, even falls asleep easily in it, and helps me get stuff done around the house without her getting upset. The fabric is also very nice, I love the mesh and how lightweight and breathable it is, it'll be super nice in the summer to help stay cool. I would definitely recommend this to my other mom friends and soon to be moms!
