🚚 How much does the shipping cost?

It will be calculated based on the shipping address and weights during the order process. It generally costs USD $12-16 for one baby carrier. $12-14 for Hong Kong and Singapore, $15-18 for Australia, United States and EU countries.


🚚 How long does it take to get the ordered items?

It varies depending on countries but generally takes 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date as our products are shipped via DHL Express. All orders placed before 7 A.M. KST (GMT+9) will be processed on the same day. Subsequent orders will be processed the next day. If it is a holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.

Konny by Erin inc. is based in Seoul, South Korea and will be closed on the following dates:

DHL Express is by far the fastest express transportation service that provides time-definite, door-to-door delivery. 🚚 Are there any other shipping methods I can choose besides DHL Express?

At the moment, DHL Express is only available shipping method on our website. It is important for the customer’s parcel to be traceable and delivery guarantee globally, thus DHL Express meets the conditions.


🚚 How can I track the order and check the delivery status?

We will send you an e-mail confirming that the shipment has started after the product is shipped. The e-mail will be sent out to you before 6 P.M. KST including a tracking number. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the delivery carrier below.

🚚 I wasn’t at home and missed the delivery by DHL, what should I do?

Please contact your local DHL directly with the tracking number, and you may choose DHL’s ODD service (On Demand Delivery, https://ondemand.dhl.com/) on your preference.

In case of the missed delivery or failed delivery attempt continues over a month due to the absence of recipient, the parcel is taken back to Korea. The customer will be responsible for the back and forth shipping cost, thus the reimbursement will be made automatically after deducting these shipping costs.

When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online because: 

  • Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.

  • To ensure the DHL, Konny's shipping provider, can deliver your goods in shortest possible time after entering your country or customs union, DHL pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods.
  • Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to DHL the goods will be delivered to you.
  • What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.

Yes, when you initiate the check out process you'll have the option to pay with a debit or credit card – even if you don't have a PayPal account.

  • Return costs associated with misplaced purchase orders or other issues (size/color change) will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • There are signs of wear-and-tear found in the product, including modified/altered parts and wrinkles
  • The fabric has been contaminated or has taken on an odor
  • There are dusts and other impurities found on the product
  • The product has returned in an unsellable condition
  • It has been over 14 days from the date of receipt
  • Important Notice: Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Konny By Erin Inc. and subject to a $10 return fee.

2. How can I process an exchange?

If you want to exchange for another product, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order. It's a combination of refund + making a new order. You will be reimbursed as soon as your return arrives at our logistics center and meets all the terms and conditions. It can take a few more days for the team to review the return item after its arrival.

6. Where can I find my refund?

Once you receive the refund confirmation email from us, it can take up to 5 business days for the amount to show up on your bank or credit card statement. Generally refunds are shown as negative amounts on the statement.

Q. Do I need to purchase a larger size when the baby grows up?

As the baby’s weight increases, the fabric containing spandex stretches accordingly. Therefore, you should purchase the tight enough size from the beginning to use it in a same fit when the baby grows up.


Q. Can mom and dad share the carrier?

Parents won’t be able to share the carrier, unless their sizes are the same. If you purchase the product in accordance with one parent’s size, the other parent may experience discomfort; if you purchase about the middle size for both parents, both may experience discomfort. More importantly, choosing a bigger size carrier is NOT recommended since it is directly related to the baby’s stability. Try buying one in accordance with the size of one parent. If the baby enjoys the time in the Konny baby carrier, then consider making an additional purchase.


Q. As a dad, how can I choose the size?

For men, a person who is 178cm tall, weighs 71kg and with a chest size of 90cm, normally wears Large (L). Some of those who are shorter or lighter say Medium (M) fits them nicely. If you put on some weight around your waist, are taller than 180cm or have a bigger upper body, we recommend that you choose Extra Large (XL). You can find more reference images for a dad below.


Q. When can I carry my baby in an inward-facing position?

It is difficult to tell the exact point of time, as it varies for each baby. But normally is 30-50 days. You may try out the inward-facing position, when the baby starts stretching the legs inside the carrier. Keeping an “M” shape for the baby’s healthy hip joints development is more important than how quickly you proceed to the next step.


Q. At what point can I use the carrier for a newborn?

You can start using the carrier on the way back home after delivery. It would differ for each baby, but normally you can hold your baby in a newborn-holding position until 30 days of birth.


Q. Can I exchange it for another size?

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt, only for items that have not yet been washed. Please fill out the form for returns on the Konny web page and place a new order.


Q. How long can I carry my baby in the carrier each time?

Our recommendation is not to use the carrier for more than 2 hours straight at a time. You should frequently check how your baby’s doing inside the carrier and adjust accordingly. Your baby may feel discomfort if you hold them for a long time in the same position. If so, try taking them out from the carrier for a moment. However, when using it in an outward-facing position for babies who can hold their heads up, it is recommended to use it for less than 30 minutes to protect baby’s hip joints.


Q. Why does it keep leaning to one side?

If the back-panel is not placed in the middle of your back, or the shoulder sashes are not evenly spread from left to right, the carrier can be tilted to one side. Make sure the back-panel stays in the middle of your back and the shoulder sashes are evenly spread, and then try holding your baby. Try to keep a balance between left and right when covering your baby’s hips and thighs with the sashes. It may seem difficult at first, but you get used to it as you try a couple more times.


Q. Heard "SUMMER" carrier is made of mesh fabric, do I need to choose a bigger size?

Although "SUMMER" baby carrier is slightly smaller than the original size, it is purposely designed considering the nature of mesh fabric, that means, you can follow the common size guide on our website and you don't need to order a bigger size.

Poor quality

I was really excited for this wrap. However, I washed and dried it according to the directions and it shrank so much that it is unusable! It was a complete waste of money. When I contacted the company, they simple said it will stretch with use and didn’t seem to care.

amazing! Love it so much 🖤

my favorite by far. it is so easy to wear and very light, it’s just feel like a scarf when i don’t wear it with my baby, it keeps me warm too. It became my essential wear. I can do run errands with baby with no stroller and backpack on My back without adding extra carrier weight. Also, recently i learned that i can use it as a nursing cover.

I had the original version and I didn’t think twice to buy this summer version. It is perfect for Singapore weather and i love it as it dries quickly after wash too!

My baby seems so comfortable and he will sleep every time i carry him with konny.

A great carrier created by mum for mums

I was introduced to konny by an online blogging app, dayre. All the mummies on dayre have been raving on how easy it is to put konny on and their baby sleeping well in the carrier.

I bought one to try and it lives up to my expectation! True enough, it is easy to put on and my baby slept well in it. How I wish to own the konny in every single color and pattern.

Snug support, stylish & splendid service

Highly recommended! I wasn’t exaggerating when I told my friends that Konny carriers is one of the best baby products, if not the best, I have.

Second-time mother here and unlike my firstborn who was a great sleeper, my no. 2 hardly napped when he was less than 2mo. I tried all means and ways but to no avail. It was nerve-wracking until I chanced upon Konny carriers. Now, my son would sleep almost every time I babywear him (even under the blazing hot sun) - for as long as 2 hours if I were to be shopping. My son is no longer an overtired baby and can finally take good naps on his own even without the carrier. I especially love how snug the support is and I don’t have to worry about him falling off at all.

It being stylish is just a bonus. I’ve had relatives, friends, and even strangers coming up to me to say that the carrier looks ‘cool’ - both stylish and breathable. Also, it dries overnight after washing, which is great since I need to use it almost everyday.
